Job Qualification Requirements:
1. Must have 24 months working experience as Surveying & Mapping Technician.
2. Must be able to operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS and Digital Level.
3. Can perform survey tasks in property survey and surveying for engineering design projects.
4. Knowledgeable of mathematical computation related to land surveying such as angles, bearing distance, vertical and horizontal survey controls, coordinates and elevations.
5. Must have high school/GED Diploma.

Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the service or labor advertised. the job opportunity is a temporary, full time position commencing 01/01/2026 and ending 12/31/2026.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Meridian Land Surveying, LLC guarantees to offer the Worker's employment for a total of 40 hours a week or for a total to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension if any.
Transportation and Subsistence:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide pay the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of the transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
